Pairing code?

Trying to link my device to my google home, but its asking for an 11 or 21 # pairing code. It says it can be found on the device or in the packaging paperwork... and ive found an 18 digit code, but not an 11 nor a 21. Help please! When clicking the cant find option this is what comes up (see next photo). I've scanned every dang qr code and none of them work.

Same. Google Home seemed to know I had the vacuum and prompted me to scan the QR.  But can't find the codein any of the stuff.  The bar code on the bottom has long since worn off so I hope that's not it.
