Never runs, complains mop pads are off

For the past few weeks, it will not run a job. It says the mop pads are off, but they are attached. I’ve replaced the pads with no change. I’ve tried to run a vacuum only job. It says it’s removing the mop pads. Then won’t run because the mop pads are off! I’ve cleaned everything I can think of to make sure any sensor can see the mop pads installed.

I’ve spent a lot of money on a device that is just wasting my electricity.

Is there any way to get it to do its job and vacuum and mop my house?

I and others have had similar problems. I would check out troubleshooting steps on this forum and if no joy, contact support via email. They fixed my issues.
