F1500756 not moving

The system announces it is starting cleaning but it does not move from home.  The light on the tank is slow flashing. Any insight on how to resolve?

Mine has been doing the same. I’ve reset everything but I can’t figure it out either. Mine will move a little bit but not far and the. It will say low battery even though it said fully charged before I tried to start it

Does the remote control feature work?
