App Live Chat Entry May Not Show Up Due to Network Issues

Q: The live chat access icon is missing from the APP.

A: Regarding the issue with the app not functioning properly, please refer to the following information:

1.Go to the App Store/Google Play to confirm that the app is updated to the latest version.
2.Check if your mobile network is stable. Try switching to a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
3.Verify your device’s storage space, clear the app cache, then restart the app and try again.

If the issue persists, please provide a screen recording of the anomaly along with your phone model and app version.
