L40 Ultra mopping issue

Every time i use it Mopping it shows the error: "Mop bad is not in dock, please install it in the dock"
The mop pads are new and the magnets are working, I install them manually can feel it sticking to the robot and on the dock. I
How can i solve the issue, I'm unable to use mopping?

The mop is going out and its failing all the time
