L60 Noise

Hi, I just set up my L60 for the first time. It started making this clicking/vibrating sound shortly after cleaning the first room. Does anyone know where this is coming from?

Hi there, sorry to hear your L60 makes clicking and vibrating noises while cleaning.

This abnormal sound is usually caused by foreign debris trapped inside the roller brush compartment. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Remove the roller brush from your robot.
2. Clean out all tangled hair or other debris from the roller brush and its storage cavity thoroughly.
3. Reinstall the roller brush firmly and securely, then run the robot to check if the noise is gone.
