Floor Cleaner

I just bought the Dream L40 Ultra Gen 2 vacuum/mop robot and was wondering if it’s okay to add floor cleaners like Pine Sol to the water tank?

I believe the instructions say water only, however I have read others saying they use a splash of cleaner that doesn't suds up.  

I put a splash of Bona in both the cleaner tank and the clean water tank. No issues and it's been 3 months.

Thank you! Since this post I realized that the company does sell their own floor cleaner solutions so I do believe it safe so long as it’s not one that suds. I appreciate the response!

Just be sure not to put anything with essential oils or ingredients that can clog up your product. Anything that goes into electric mops would probably be good. I use the Shark VACMOP Multi-Surface Cleaner in mine and it smells great

My 60 shows it is cleaning and the broom seems to be working but the bacon only comes on every once in a while. It is set to vacuum before mop.

I’ve only had it couple of months. Trying to understand it.

I put a splash of bleach in both tanks. It eliminated the bad smell in the dirty tank. So far no issues.

My robot keeps giving me cliff sensor errors and I've done absolutely everything mitigate them. The vacuum and mopping features are virtually worthless because it only runs for about 10 seconds at a time. I really would like some place to call to get an answer. Why is there no support phone number or email?

My robot is spinning at one place since 5 minute i sent it home it came back repeating same on same spot

Just use the cleaning liquids that Dreame sells.
