Wheels Suspended and other issues.

My Aqua 10 Ultra roller says wheels suspended. When I try to clear the error I just get flashing orange lights. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps, power cycled the robot, and placed it back at the dock.

Nothing appears jammed or stuck on the wheels.

I also have noticed that very little cleaning and pet solution is used. I have 300 cycles on my robot and tanks are nearly full.

Lastly, the dust bin virtually never effectively empties with dog hair which is frustrating.
