Refurbished product doesn’t work, Dreame support unhelpful

Purchased refurbished L40 during the last sale and nothing works. They have not been responsive. It says charging but nothing happens, it says cleaning and nothing happens. I constantly get error messages saying the water is low, detergent is missing, etc when they are not. It cleaned three times and then stopped working. It won’t clean or dry the mop pads.
