L60 Ultra FE - mapping

How can I get my robot to map under my couches?  All of my other robot vacuums had no trouble clearing.  I checked the height and it can clear it smoothly.  It just wont.

Sorry for the trouble that your robot can't map under the couch. You can follow these checks:

1. Ensure the entrance width under the couch is at least 2cm wider than the robot.
2. If using mopping mode, remove nearby carpets temporarily as the carpet sensor may trigger obstacle avoidance.
3. Rebuild your home map to fix positioning errors caused by map overlay.
4. Clear wires or rugs at the couch entrance.
