Has anyone dealt with this noise?

Vacuum has been great so far but recently it has started making this noise. Anything that is able to be cleaned has been cleaned. Seems to be coming from the bracket that holds the brush.

I had something similar and wound up being a hair stuck around the tiny axle of one of the small wheels. Basically, flip it over, clean what you can with rags/q-tips and look for hairs to pull/cut off. You can also grease the axles/wheels with something that is plastic safe and won’t drip. It took some trial and error on my part but I got my issue to go away. Good luck!
