Mopping quality

Is there something that I am doing wrong? When it has been mopping for the last few weeks it has been very streaky and my floor looks super dirty. I changed out the pads, use the cleaning solution provided, and make sure the dust bag is cleaned. I even changed the path to do a more “ thorough” job but to no avail.
I am unsure on how to fix this issue.

How about the dock... is the clean water clean/dirty water empty, and the washboard area clean as well? Good luck!

I purchased two Dreame H15 Pro Heat Wet Dry Vacuums. One is in CT and the other is in FL. I bought both at the same time, a little over a year ago.
I have no issues with one of them. The other one is not broken—it powers on and works—but when I use the hot water cleaning function, the water from the clean water tank does not flow into the dirty water tank.
What should I do in this situation? The vacuum itself is by far the best I've used for cleaning floors with hot water. The results are amazing on both hardwood and marble floors.
Should I buy a new one, or is this something that can be repaired?
