[L10s Pro Ultra] Dust bin no installed

I own an L10s Pro Ultra Heat robot vacuum, and it has been working great until recently. Now, whenever it starts a scheduled cleaning, it says, "Dust bin not installed."

I've already removed the dust bin, cleaned it, and reinstalled it. I also replaced the filter, but I still get the same error.

Oddly, if I start a customized cleaning manually, it sometimes doesn't show the error and begins cleaning normally.

The replacement filters I'm using are not original ones but i’ve been using it for about 6 months. I ordered an original replacement kit, but they sent me the wrong filters, so I haven't been able to try genuine replacements yet. I understand the filter has a magnet and may be the no original filters are the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

Please check if the magnet on your dustbin filter is correctly positioned and still magnetic; if the magnet is misplaced or demagnetized, you’ll need a genuine replacement filter, while if the magnet is installed properly, reboot your robot and test it again, and reach our customer service via the headset live chat icon on the top right of the Dreame App or email support.na@dreame.tech if the error persists.
