Does not charge. Remains offline.

When and if it works, it does fine. But it finds the dock, does not enter the dock, does not recharge and remains offline. I have to place it on the dock myself. And now it does not come online anymore at all. This is a machine that was bought in late May. Should not happen when you pay almost a thousand dollars.
My iLife 5 pro, bought over a decade ago still works in the guest room.  It was a little over a hundred dollars.
This Dreame is almost a thousand dollars.
