Abnormal water level in washboard

Hi all,
I'm getting the "Abnormal water level in the washboard" error on my Dreame X50 Ultra and haven't been able to resolve it. Here's what I've already tried:
Removed the filter and cleaned it thoroughly
Used a syringe to blow air into the drainage port to clear any potential blockage
The app/error message mentioned cleaning a sensor, but I couldn't locate exactly where this sensor is. As a workaround, I ran the mop pad drying cycle several times, hoping it would also dry/clean whatever sensor is causing the issue
None of these steps have resolved the error so far. Has anyone identified the exact location of this sensor, or found another fix that worked? Would appreciate any guidance, or if a Dreame rep could point me to the sensor location specifically
