Detergent full, base asks to be filled

Hi,

My detergent A has been full since setup, but with every mop session the X60 tells me to add detergent to tank A.  It’s like the home station can’t access the fluid present in tank A.  Is this a physical or a software fix?

Same issue here.  Have not figure out anything physical.  Wondering if it is sofware issue.  I have submitted this and other issues and they dont seem  to have time to getting back to me.
