Still waiting.......

Hello! Ive been trying to contact dreame for the past 3 days when i try to DM them yhis bot keeps saying this "Thanks for sharing and for supporting Dreame! For any help, DM Dreame AfterSales (UID: KB510202) or email us: support.na@dreame.tech😊" so i tried the email it says its not a existing email... i usually loveee dreame but im starting to get a little annoyed please help me out i was just doing some maintenance on my Dreame D10 plus gen 2, and when i moved on to the base station i thought this metal thing was part of my hair clips so i pulled it out.. then when i realized auto empty wasn't working it kept saying "please install dust collection bag." Thats when i realized thats the sensor i just ripped off so i thought no biggie i can put it back in.. but when i tried a whole piece came off now its impossible i am literally freaking out this robot vaccuum is important to me as i have 3 pet parrots be aware im reaching out to dreame for the 5th time... its getting frustrating
