Can’t handle pet hair

Anyone else having issues with this model not handling pet hair? This won’t pick up one little “dust bunny” of dog hair on our carpet. My old eufy (which was only 4,000 pa) picked up so much more. Feel like we got scammed.

Ours is constantly getting jammed with pet hair. Like it helps a tiny bit but it will always get wrapped around the main brush and jammed
