New maps

How do I create new maps with a different sequence of rooms? Sometimes I want to start in my bedroom, but sometimes the kitchen

I think you should be able to do this by adding an additional map for a "new floor" and changing the order of rooms (but then you'll have to re-customize it with no-go zones, etc. An alternative would be to do a shortcut with different room-cleaning sequences of your current map.
