No water coming out of L10 Robot Vaccum

My vaccum seems to be only vaccuming and not mopping.  I have checked the settings (they are set to wet mop) and the water dispenser is full.  Can you please let me know any ideas you have how to clean it and fix it?

Mine as well. It is not wet mopping all of my rooms even though it is programmed too!

LS10 Gen 2 is doing the same thing.  The tank is not dispensing.  I have done everything I. The forums except suck water from the tank with a straw.  Water is not getting from the tank to the base
