To help resolve this, we kindly request your assistance with the following troubleshooting steps:
1.Please confirm the Auto-Add Detergent function in docking setting is turned on. If not, please enable this function.
2.Please reinstall the  auto-detergent compartment to ensure it's properly secured in place and run a mopping pad cleaning task and observe the used water tank condition after completion.
3.Please check if there are foam bubbles in the used water tank by shaking the tank after the cleaning task.

My rDreame Model rlx85ce continues to error out after running a few minutes stating that “the main brush is entangled”. I have replaced the brushes and ensured the brush rods were clean. I also we along the driver mechanism with a toothpick and made sure it was all cleaned. We typically completely clean the unit every 3rd use or so, so it’s not from being abused for sure. Could the software need updating or do I need to do some further disassembly to find the issue? Please reply. Thanks, Brad

Please follow the steps below to check whether the main brush is normal:
1. Check the main brush:
- Please remove the main brush cover first, then take out the main brush, check and clean the entanglement on the main brush.
2. Check the rotation of the main brush:
- After cleaning, please reinstall the main brush and check whether it rotates smoothly by hand.
3. Ensure that it is installed in place:
- When reinstalling the main brush, make sure that the main brush cover is in place around to ensure its normal use.
4. Restart the robot:
- If no entanglement is found after checking the main brush, please guide the user to manually restart the robot and restart the cleaning task. Observe whether the error still occurs.
5. After-sales support:
- If the error still occurs after restarting, please arrange after-sales service for further inspection and repair.
