[Aqua10 Roller] frustrated with my recently repaired aqua 10 ultra.

Recently I sent my robot in as it would not work and kept saying there was an unspecified error. It supposedly got repaired and sent back. The robot seems to be working OK but now I’m having increasingly more problems with the dock station and the robot not being able to dock and charge unless I turn the dock station off for 15 seconds and then turn it back on and then instruct the robot to resume. Also, when the robot returns to the dock station to empty and wash the mop, it has a problem docking. Again, I have to turn the dock station off for a few seconds then turn it back on and tell the robot to resume before it starts working properly. This defeats the purpose of having a autonomous robot to do the work if I have to keep being around to reset the dock station so the robot can work. Is there an update to the firmware or something that I don’t know about to fix this issue. Currently I have the firmware set to auto update but ever since the repair I’ve had nothing but issues with the dock, even though when I sent it in for repair, the dock was not the issue that needed repairing and worked perfectly prior to the repair. Can anyone please advise if they’ve ran into this issue of needing to constantly baby the dock in order to get the robot to work and how they resolved the issue without having to go through the whole process of packing it up and sending it to repair, which is difficult for me as I am disabled and it is tough for me to be bent over a box trying to package it back up to be shipped for another repair. Oh I almost forgot the obstacle avoidance on the robot now seems to be nonexistent. It’s not seeing wires and things that it does see it’s not marking on the map for me to review.
