New device just 2 days old. Device keeps stopping with mop pad off even though mop pads are in place. Is this a bug or device issue? Not happy at all. Also I received d30 ultra CE with a white panel as dust case and not chromium finish as it shows on every ultra ce model. Did I even get the right item shipped 🙁?
