Laser Position Sensor error

Good afternoon. I keep getting an error that the laser position sensor has something jammed in it and it is causing the robot to o my move back and forth without completing its task. How do I resolve this? I have made sure the camera and laser as well as all other sensors are clear. I have only had the robot about a month now. Please help. Thanks!
