The three dots in the top right corner are clickable for me — I changed my WiFi network so my device is now disconnected… but I can’t seem to even start to connect to it to change the network.

If the device went offline after a WiFi change and the three‑dot menu in the top‑right corner isn't responding, you'll need to remove the device and add it back to reconnect it to the new network. If you need a video guide on how to set up the WiFi connection, feel free to DM me — we can't share videos in the comments.

I have E30 Ultra. Got the same lack of support from this company. Lack of help and stalling tactics. After a few months of this a 6 year old boy figured the problem and fixed it for me. If a child was able to do why couldn’t this company do it.   Very simply put - they are out to scam.   Boycott them and post on social media to stop this type of behavior which is becoming much to common
