Docking

Does anyone have problems with their vacuum docking when it’s done cleaning? Ours will dock to refresh his mop pads, but refuses to dock whenever he’s done cleaning, he tries and tries, but I always end up having to help.  

Yes mine had the same problem. Had to return for repair. Just got it back, seems ok now. Tip, be sure to backup your map before sending it in.

Please place the base station in an open area, away from large appliances, and make sure it's on a stable, level surface. Also, try lowering the cleaning humidity level, and wipe the rear drive wheels with clean water.
