Account deleted

I have had the l40 gen 2 for about 2 months now. Everything until today was fine when i went to run a cycle and opened the app only for it to tell me i had to login which ive only had to do once when i first set it up. Upon trying to login it tells me my account hasnt been setup yet or registered. After an hour of trying to reset my password and login i finally get in and it acts like its my first time setting it up again. All of my settings, cleaning hours, etc...have been deleted. Hours of fine tuning my settings, dock settings, doorways, passable ramps etc all gone and had to be re done. How does that even happen? Region never changed, firmware was updated, app was uninstalled and re installed and nothing worked to regain my settings. So I had to start from square one. Then wheb trying to quick map the house again it tells me the main roller has hair which i checked and there was nothing there. After trying and trying it worked after an hour. Im about to return this thing. When it works its great but this is ridiculous for something brand new.
