Laser

My dreame cleaner is less than a year old and it stopped working. It keeps giving me a prompt that says “laser sensor blocked” we cleaned the entire thing and reset the machine and it’s still doing it.

Same here. Sent it in for repair. Started back up yesterday. No change. Super frustrating. Hopefully someone here has a suggestion.
