Aqua 10 is not drawing detergent

I have shaken the detergent box and no liquid comes out of the back unless I keep a needle inserted into the hole. The app is recognizing detergent as installed. After mop washing, water does not foam to suggest use of any detergent. I am using Dreame brand detergent and it is the only kind I have used. This is a brand new device.
