[L40 Ultra Gen2] Not wet when mopping

I have the custom clean setting at vacuum and mop with high wetness and floor doesn’t appear to be wet? Water tank is full. What’s wrong? I also bought the auto soap dispenser and installed it. Is there anything else I need to do to essentially make the robot use it?
