How to activate cleaning solution dispenser

Hi

I have dreame 10 and my dispenser don’t work . I check all over my app to activate and don’t show an option

Pls help

My automatic cleaning solution dispenser

The cleaning solution is dispensed automatically. No need to activate it.

I have run my mop many times. My tank A is full of cleaning solution and hasn’t lowered even a millimeter even though I have had to replace the water tank. I’m convinced it’s not auto dispensing into the water tank or robot.

I have D10 vaccum cleaner, water dispenser not working while mopping the floor
