No support from the people

Don’t buy it they’re not gonna give you support when you need it. You buy it in less than a year. It’s gonna break and they’re gonna tell you they’re not gonna replace it or give you a refund when it’s clearly the manufacturer issue that you’re  having Your support is very unacceptable for a machine to break less than eight months because of a manufacturing issue and I’m being told that they’re not able to do anything is ridiculous when you’re spending thousands of dollars on a machine

And I have sent all the proof that they need where it’s making the loud noise where I purchased it when I purchased it I cannot show them when it’s not taking command because there is nothing that I can show on it, but they can look at it on the system I ordered it and it does not do anything
