Stuck in a loop cleaning mop pads

My vacuum starts charging, removes mop pads, comes off dock, turns on vacuum for a few moments without moving, then redocks, installs the mop pads, cleans the mop pads, comes off dock with mop pads and redocks and repeats the entire loop. It has been doing this for the past 30min. I feel it would continue until I intervene. Brand new vacuum shouldn’t be in this type of loop failure.

Maybe a reset will jog its memory, turn off all power going to vacuum for 3 or 4 minutes then turn it back on
