During use the LDS system wrapped itself around a power cord, a cord that it avoids everytime except this time. So I chatted support. They tell me that I purchased it from Woot (now an Amazon company btw) which is where I purchased the Dreame was Amazon. So they will be no help, nada. My only option is to send it in for repair and get charged, probably 1/2 for what is worth. This is the worst support experience ever. I purchased this in Feb of 2026. Any suggestions?
