Main brush tangled error

Reading Mode

I have done ALL troubleshooting steps and have even factory reset, I cannot clear this error. All parts are OEM. Device is less than 6 months old.
Filter, main brush, side brush have all been replaced. Bin is empty, bag is new and brushes turn easily. Please tell me how to get this repaired or relplaced
