Reading Mode

I just pulled my X50 ultra out of the box. It mapped the entire room fine. I started a clean cycle and after about 10 minutes of cleaning, it gives me this error message: laser distance sensor error. It flashes red and it stops cleaning. I restart the cleaning and it starts up for about 5 minutes and gives me this error message again. And stops cleaning. Please help….i don’t want to have to return this
