Water accumulated on the map tray

My X50 Ultra keeps reporting that the water level in the base tray exceeds the limit. I followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the tray, checking for blockages, and cleaning the metal sensors, but the issue persists. I noticed the issue is after the robot mopped the floor and returned to the base and washed the mop.

I contacted support and provided the requested serial number and proof of purchase, but I have not received any further response. It has now been two months, and the robot is not even a year old.

I’m very frustrated with both the ongoing issue and the slow support response. I’m posting here and resending my email in hopes that someone can reach out and help resolve this as soon as possible.
