Reading Mode

Tried calling. Hung up on.
Tried online request and need pictures of proof of purchase. All this should be in the system.
Not user friendly
I have the x50 ultra complete and it is broken or needs update. The system keeps stopping. It was mopping in one spot for 25 minutes. Not moving and left puddle of water.
The map is constantly incorrect. This all has happened in the past month. After initially working great.
