Reading Mode

I have a new L10S.  The hardware is great.  But the mapping functionality is really bad:

- it keeps randomly remapping the room.  it now insists that my bathroom can't be reached because it created a wall where there's none.

- there's no way to lock a map

BTW, I did read the page below.  None of the issues apply.

Short of doing a factory reset, is there a way to delete the map and start over?
