X60 max ultra>hookup kit>“water level in the washboard is too high”

As the title says, I installed the hookup kit in the dreame x60 max ultra complete, I tried multiple times to run a mop pad wash task, every time within a few seconds I get “water level in the washboard is too high” and the washboard area does get flooded.
Why does it happen? What should I do to troubleshoot it?
