Not Happy

I just bought this in June 2026 and so far I am not happy with this purchase. The issue was the dust bin was not emptying properly and a lot of our pets hair would be scattered around the house in the morning. Send them pictures via email. They sent me a label to ship it for repair and now I got it back. Problem is a new issue came up which was not even a problem prior to sending it for service. The used water tank is generating an error, lady inside the machine is saying the tank is full and to empty it out. I called their support and after troubleshooting by phone it was determined the sensor of the tank was the issue and a replacement was sent to me and just came in today. Tested the new one and still the same issue. I am so close to returning this product. The worst part about all of this is my wife telling me I told you so. These are words any husband dreads to hear. We used have a Roomba and I said all of these machines are the same and we don’t need to over pay. Now I look like a fool.
