My case involves a region-related Error 404. My Dreame D30 Ultra CE was purchased on Amazon USA and is currently being used in Mexico. I have already completed all the troubleshooting steps, including restarting and reinstalling/re-adding the device.
I would like to request that you please check whether my serial number needs to be registered or unlocked for use in Mexico, as this has happened with other devices.
