L10s Ultra Won’t Charge

My vacuum stopped charging. When I do unit, it lights up but it won’t charge the battery. I tried resetting it and it tells me that it will continue the process in the phone but nothing shows up in the phone after paring the unit. What else can I do to make it start charging?
