Device won't reconnect to wifi

We recently changed the password on our router. Our Dreame really didn't like it and absolutely refuses to reconnect. I've tried multiple times. Followed the steps on the app. It still fails. You know,  when it works, it works great. When it doesn't, makes me want to go back to hand sweeping and mopping.
