GoVac40 Complete not dispensing water

We just purchased this and the mopping function does everything that it’s supposed to except dispense the water. It acts like it’s mopping, even goes back to the dock and cleans the brushes, but never empties any of the clean water and my dirty water is always empty. I have set it to only mop. I have soaked the pads before, nothing has worked..
