So BUMMED

Only had this guy for 2 months. Bought it specifically ‘cause it was great for pet hair. Worked fine but this past week it just started collecting and dumping huge clumps of my dog’s hair everywhere.

Nothing is blocked. Cleaning bay is empty, rollers are fine, bag is empty/replaced, etc. No clue what’s going on.

Remapped the entire house 3x. Reset the device 3x  as well.

Opened a support chat and “spoke” (texted) with a person. We went through troubleshooting.

Now I have to send the unit in for repairs. And that’s gonna take 2-3 months.

$1700 and this is a BIT disappointing.
