[L40 Ultra Gen2] Roller seal

This is a second vacuum I've had with this problem. The seal that covers the roller. Keeps popping off. Then, it makes all kinds of noise. I've contacted dream and i'm waiting for the response. Has anybody else had this problem? Where this piece keeps coming off
