Product Changes by a stupid design engineer to increase profits

I bought the Dreame L10 ultra Pro with heat:  but the first day it just spins in front of the base. Contacted support but after going through everything it still spins and wont map even with many resets over several days it connects to wifi but wont map so it was returned.  Then I was told they ran out so I couldn't get a replacement.

So I saw thw D30 Ultra was the new 2026 model so I bought it but paid $54 more for it. I got it and it started mapping right away and cleaning.  I noticed it would make a couple passes wet then 2 or 3 passes dry mop then would go back to the base to clean the mops making loud rumbling then girgling noises for a minute or two. This went on several times for each room. The cleaning when wet was good but the dry passes cleaning was poor. I figured I needed to adjust settings to get the mop to mop wetter.

   The constant annoying loud girgling noises pissed off my 85yr old dad and scared my 85yr old mom.  And the half assed cleaning bothered me.  So I searched for the setting to make the mop wetter for hours, but there is no such setting on the D30 Ultra model because some retarded engineer decided to remove the water tank and pump and squirters that spray water on the mop pads. His stupid idea was to just make it go back constantly to the base to re wet the mop pads and washing them making loud groweling  then girgling noises over and over and over and over.  What an idiot.
   And I also found the hot water washing was removed, the hot air mop dryer was removed, the auto soap dispenser, the soap, the fancy cleaning brush were all removed and I guess a cheaper vacuum brush was in it.  I feel so ripped off and cheated by this.  I wouldn't if I spent weeks plastering this on ever robot vacuum forum I can find.  You removed half the features and made it annoying and mop half ass all while increasing the price. I bet your profit per unit doubles at least but your reputation will be shot and your sales will decrease by 80%. Your going to go bankrupt before long you crooks.
