D20 Pro Plus not working with Alexa

Reading Mode

Disconnected Alexa from Dreame App. Then removed device (d20 vacuum named "bubba") from Alexa app then added Bubba again. Then I disconnected & Reset wifi connection for robot.

Then I open Alexa app again, click on device (D20 robot vacuum "Bubba") and it opens a new screen that says "error" and "0 out of 15", then error again on the bottom of the screen too. See photo.

So, I can't seem to get Alexa to work with this vacuum. Any ideas?
