HORRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE

The front 13 mm caster wheel came off my X60 max ultra and the two washers that hold it in place. One washer was missing and I just need a simple plastic washer to operate again. I have been waiting for 3 days and I can’t even get a response from the “technical team”. Why can’t we order parts? Why can I not even get an answer on how to get parts we need. I would have never spent $1200 dollars on a vacuum if I knew it would break so easily and have terrible customer service. It’s less than 3 months old and I want to get rid of it because I can’t fix the most expensive vacuum I ever bought. I will be actively telling anyone I know and perhaps the local news here in Denver to never use this company’s products. This is insane.
